shipping & returns
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm from New York. All rates listed below are flat rates irrespective of value or weight of the shipment. orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. domestic shipping (within USA)
$8 – UPS/Fedex ground (upto 5 days). Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $100
$30 – DHL/ Fedex Economy (upto 10 days)
If you live outside of the US and are purchasing marin + morgan products and please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by marin + morgan. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duties, transit insurance, taxes or customs charges payable.
returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with your marin + morgan purchase, therefore if you would like to return or exchange something please contact firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you want to return the item and we will confirm how to proceed.
Return and exchange shipping costs will typically be at the expense of the customer. All returns must be made within 14 days of package delivery date, at the following address:

We can offer you a store credit for the full value of your purchase (excluding shipping). The item must be returned in first quality, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We are unable to accept returns or exchange any merchandise after 14 days of package delivery date.
Returned items should be securely repackaged. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us, or damaged in transit cannot be exchanged or credited to you.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee that exchange Items will be available at the time your request for an exchange is received. In such instances we will notify you by email to arrange an alternative item, or a credit for your account.
All postage costs for exchanges or credit notes will be your responsibility.
Please note, we are not able to accept exchanges or offer credit notes on items marked “sale” or sold at a reduced price.
damaged or faulty items
We carefully check each item before packaging and shipping it to you. In the unlikely event that you receive an Item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your receipt. We will deem the item faulty at our discretion. If the item has been misused or the care instructions have not been followed you will not be eligible to claim the item as faulty.
If your item is deemed faulty by us, we will offer you a store credit or refund. When returning the item to us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance when returning items. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned. This policy applied to all orders.
If, for any reason, you wish to cancel an order before the Item has been dispatched, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note however that requests for cancellations sent via email may not be processed immediately which may result in the order being dispatched.
